About Our Practice
Knowlora Trek operates from our office in Sevenoaks, serving clients primarily across Kent, Surrey, Sussex, and Hampshire. We're a small team of five qualified horticulturists who prioritise quality over quantity.
Our practice focuses on ecologically sound garden design and maintenance. Whether you're starting from scratch, renovating an existing space, or simply need expert advice on plant selection, we bring both technical knowledge and practical experience.
We work on projects of all sizes, from small urban courtyards to multi-acre rural gardens. Every client receives the same attention to detail and commitment to environmental stewardship.
Finding Us
By Car
From the M25, take Junction 5 and follow the A21 towards Sevenoaks. Exit onto the A225 into Sevenoaks town centre. Woodland Gardens is located off the High Street, approximately 800 metres north of the railway station. Limited street parking is available nearby, with a public car park on Buckhurst Lane (5-minute walk).
By Train
Sevenoaks railway station has regular services from London Charing Cross, London Bridge, and Waterloo East (journey time approximately 30-35 minutes). From the station, it's a 10-minute walk to our office. Exit the station onto London Road, turn left, and continue north into the High Street. Woodland Gardens is the third turning on the right.
By Bus
Several bus routes serve Sevenoaks town centre from surrounding areas. The 402, 404, and 431 routes stop near the High Street, a short walk from our office. Check local timetables for current schedules.

Email is generally best for initial enquiries, as it allows you to describe your project in detail and attach any relevant photos. We respond to all emails within one business day, usually sooner.
Not usually. We prefer to visit your garden for consultations, as seeing the site in person gives us crucial information about conditions, orientation, and existing features. Office meetings can be arranged if preferred.
This depends on the scope and the season. Consultations and design work can usually begin within 2-3 weeks. Planting work is often scheduled 4-8 weeks out, as we aim to plant during optimal conditions for establishment.
For existing clients experiencing urgent issues (storm damage, severe pest outbreak, etc.), we do our best to respond quickly. For new enquiries, we work on a scheduled basis rather than emergency call-outs.
Absolutely. We're happy to connect prospective clients with previous customers who've agreed to serve as references. Just ask when you get in touch.
Helpful details include: approximate garden size, current condition, what you hope to achieve, your timeline, and any specific challenges (heavy shade, poor drainage, etc.). Photos are very useful if you have them.
